The unique character of the historic Hachez chocolate factory in the heart of Bremen is to be preserved and revitalized through contemporary uses.The transformation of the site into a vibrant urban hub will be achieved through thoughtful architectural additions, new open spaces, and the opening of the neighborhood to the public. Sustainability considerations and the integration of a renewable energy concept will also shape the future character of the neighborhood.
